Boise Homes MLS Market Update!
There are more Homes in Boise selling now then a year ago! In comparing the statistics from January 2010 to January 2011 50 more homes sold in Ada County in January 2011. That is good news for the housing market, but the bad news the median price of homes in Ada County Idaho was down 19.85% over the past year. This information comes from statistics complied from the Intermountain MLS.
Boise Homes Good News For Buyers!
Prices being down and low interest rates for Buyers is good news! I am sure that if you are trying to sell you do not want to hear that prices have gone down over the past year, but more homes are being sold and that is good news! With prices being down and interest rates low, it is a good buy in my opinion!
Boise Homes Website Statistics!
Boise Homes Website Statistics tell me more people are looking! ZBoiseHomes.com is relatively a new website, but I have had SpudState.com for 7 years. According to the traffic statistics for SpudState.com the number of visitors to the website has almost tripled since September 2010. I have been getting more phone cal and emails about Boise Homes. I believe our market is getting better which is good news for all of us!

Boise Real Estate Statistics On The Intermountain MLS!
Most people do not know where to find the Intermountain MLS statistics for Boise Real Estate. If you search google for Intermountain MLS Statistics you can find the link for Boise Real Estate Statistics. The Intermountain MLS website provides a lot of good information about Boise Real Estate. From their home page under Consumer Tools click on Statistics. On the next page if you click on the (National Association Of Realtors) NAR Economic Watch it brings up a page with the 4 quarters listed for each year for the past few years. Click on one of the quarters to view the basic statistics for the Boise Real Estate Market.
Detailed Statistics For Boise Real Estate On The Intermountain MLS!
Click on Statistics in Consumer tools and go back to the Boise Real Estate main statistics page. Click on the Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly button. The Intermountain MLS page that opens shows reports for the current year for ADA County. You can choose reports for different counties and years. Click on one of the Boise Real Estate monthly repoprts to bring up the Intermountain MLS statistics. The report is filled with a lot of information. It tells the number of homes on the market, how many sold that month, the median price, the average price, the number of days on the market, and the total dallor value of the homes sold. The report also compares it to the previous year and shows a percent of increase or decrease. It also gives the year to date figures for Boise Real Estate on the Intermountain MLS.
Boise Real Estate On The Intermountain MLS By Area!
On the Monthly report for Boise Real Estate On The Intermountain MLS, scroll down to see the statistics for existing homes in Ada County and for newly constructed homes. It gives all the same information as before. Scrolling down further breaks it down further on the Monthly report for Boise Idaho Real Estate On The Intermountain MLS showing Ada County broken down by area. As an example if you live in South East Boise or West Boise you can find out how many homes sold in your area and the Median and Average price.

How to use the Boise MLS Map Search on Z Boise Homes!
Boise MLS Map Search!
Using the Boise MLS Map Search is really easy. Go toZBoiseHomes.com and click on the red MLS Map Search Button. A map of Boise comes up with a bunch of little icons of houses. You zoom in or out to see a large or smaller area of the Boise MLS Map Search. If you zoom out you can center an area in the map where you want to search. Once you find the area you can zoom back in to see the homes for sale.
Adding Criteria To The Boise MLS Map Search!
On the left side you can add Property Search Criteria to your search. You can add a price range, minimum number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, approximate square footage, the lot size, and much more to your Boise MLS Map Search. Click the link for MORE SEARCH CRITERIA and you will be amazed at the amount of criteria you can add to your Boise MLS Map Search! The Features drop down menu is wonderful! As an example click on the Features down arrow and select Construction. You are given about a dozen choices! Try choosing Structure Features from the drop down arrow and look at all the choices you get. You can really refine your Boise MLS Map Search this way!
Boise MLS Map Search Views!
There are three views, Map View, List View, and Gallery View. You have already seen the Map View. The Boise MLS Map Search List View shows a list of all the Boise Homes in the Map View. The list starts with least expensive and goes up. It shows a picture, the price, address, number of bedrooms, number of bathrooms, and the mls number. If you want more information, just View Details and a details window opens with detailed information. You need to go to ZBoiseHomes.com and check this out! The Gallery View shows the same information in two rows that is more condensed instead of one row in the List View.
From the Details Window you can print a flyer, schedule a showing, email me, request more information, save it to your favorites, and more…! You can start in the regular Home Search Button and click on Search by Map also.
You can use the Boise MLS Map Search to search for Land, Farm and Ranch, Business/Commercial, and Residential Income Also.
