There are more  Homes in Boise selling now then a year ago! In comparing the statistics from January 2010 to January 2011 50 more homes sold in Ada County in January 2011. That is good news for the housing market, but the bad news the median price of homes in Ada County Idaho was down 19.85% over the past year. This information comes from statistics complied from the Intermountain MLS.

Prices being down and low interest rates for Buyers is good news! I am sure that if you are trying to sell you do not want to hear that prices have gone down over the past year, but more homes are being sold and that is good news! With prices being down and interest rates low, it is a good buy in my opinion!

According to the traffic statistics for SpudState.com the number of visitors to the website has almost tripled since September 2010. I have been getting more phone cal and emails about Boise Homes. I believe our market is getting better which is good news for all of us!
